The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
Any flat-rate shipping costs also include statutory VAT.
Shipping costs
Delivery to the EU: From an order value of € 29.00 incl. shipping costs. VAT we deliver free shipping throughout the EU – excluding islands and alpine zones. For orders with an order value of less than € 29.00, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of € 9.60.
Delivery to Switzerland: From an order value of € 29.00 incl. shipping costs. VAT we deliver your order with Swisspost ready duty paid and taxed directly to your home(postage 10 DDP VAT paid) – excluding islands and alpine zones.
For companies from Switzerland: you would like to Have VAT refunded ? We are happy to deliver on request in franking 30 DDP unpaid . This means that we deliver free to Switzerland, duty paid, untaxed. This means that your invoice amount is reduced by Swiss VAT (8.1%). We therefore take care of freight, export and import customs clearance and customs duties. You pay the applicable taxes. If you are entitled to a deduction, you can reclaim the VAT in Switzerland.
Delivery times
Within the EU you will usually receive your delivery within 2 to 5 working days.
What exactly is the delivery time?
We need 1-2 working days for the packaging and order picking as well as the handover to the parcel service.
Added to this are the Parcel delivery time for the respective country of delivery. This amounts to:
- 1 working day – Austria
- 2-3 working days – Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary
- 3-4 working days – Belgium, Denmark, France, Portugal, Spain
- 5-6 working days – Switzerland
