The one-handed operation of the Cable-Sherpa is designed so that you can easily grip, plug in and unplug the e-charging cable with just one hand. The Cable-Sherpa guides the cable automatically and ensures that you don’t have to worry about the charging cable while charging. Depending on the damage pattern, the Cable-Sherpa can be repaired. Of course, all spare parts are also available from us on request.

Our products are shipped free of charge to the EU and Switzerland from a value of 29 euros.

We usually need 1 to 2 working days to prepare the shipment of our Cable-Sherpa prepare your order. In addition, you must expect a country-specific shipping time. You can find out more about this in our shipping conditions.

Are you an entrepreneur in Switzerland and would like to have your VAT refunded? We will not refund it to you. However, we are happy to deliver on request in franking 30 DDP unpaid. This means that we deliver free to Switzerland, duty paid, untaxed. This means that your invoice amount is reduced by Swiss VAT (8.1%). We therefore take care of freight, export and import customs clearance and customs duties. You pay the applicable taxes. If you are entitled to a deduction, you can reclaim the VAT in Switzerland.

Have you ordered a product from us and found that your goods are damaged after opening the packaging? We are sorry, but this can happen.

In this case, please proceed as follows immediately after delivery:

Please take photos of the damaged areas and contact us by email at service@cable-sherpa.com. Please attach the pictures as proof.
If you would like to return the product: Please repack the goods in the original packaging and write the sender’s name on the package. In this case, please also inform us by e-mail to the address given above. You will then receive a free return label from us. Attach the label to the parcel and hand it in at a GLS store near you.
If you would like to keep the product despite the blemish: In this case we can offer you a 7% to 10% discount on the damaged product. If you have ordered “on account”, we will correct your invoice and send you a new one. If you Cable-Sherpa have paid via PayPal or credit card, you will also receive a new invoice and the credit will be refunded.

We generally recommend that you check your goods in the presence of the GLS driver. If you see that the goods are damaged when you unpack them, please do not accept the parcel and let us know. In this case, we can process the claim via the insurance company.

In addition to the high-quality cable management system Cable-Sherpa the appropriate installation material is also included in the scope of delivery. The mounting material is suitable for concrete and solid brick.

We deliver your order with Swisspost duty paid and taxed free of charge directly to your home (postage 10 DDP VAT paid) – excluding islands and alpine zones. For companies from Switzerland: on request, we will be happy to send you an invoice with postage paid 30 DDP VAT unpaid.

When you order from our online store, there are several payment options available to you. This is convenient for you – and for us too. If you order “on account” , your invoice will be sent to your e-mail address approx. 4 working days after the parcel has been dispatched. To be on the safe side, please also check your spam folder. You have 14 days after receiving the goods to transfer the invoice to our account.

If you have paid by PayPal, credit card or SOFORT bank transfer, for example, the invoice will usually be sent to you by e-mail immediately after dispatch.

For the sake of the environment, we do not enclose a printed copy of the invoice with the delivery.

You will find the bank details for the bank transfer in the footer of the invoice, which will be sent to you by e-mail after your purchase.
