E-charging cable for electric cars
With the e-charging cable for electric and hybrid vehicles, you have found the perfect addition for your new Cable-Sherpa found. The cable enables charging at most European e-charging stations. The 5-meter Mode 3 charging cable with Type 2 plug supports charging with up to 11kW.
The 5.0 meter long Mode 3 charging cable is equipped with a Type 2 plug, which is preferred by European car manufacturers and most commonly used in Europe. This makes it possible to charge electric or hybrid vehicles at most charging stations.
Due to the fact that many charging stations only have a single socket, it is advisable to always have your own charging cable in the vehicle. The cable length of 5.0 meters offers flexibility when charging over longer distances, which is particularly useful if direct access to the charging station is blocked or not possible.
Our three-phase cable supports charging at 11 kW or less, which applies equally to electric and hybrid cars. Regardless of the time of year – be it the height of summer or the depths of winter – the charging cable, which is designed for temperatures from -25° C to 55°C, guarantees reliability in all weather conditions. The IP 44 protection class ensures protection against moisture and splash water, while a protective cap additionally protects the cable from dirt and moisture.
